2. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the specified advance payment.
• The balance amount must be paid within the timeline communicated at the time of booking. Failure to make the full payment may result in cancellation without refund.
• Payments can be made through our authorized payment gateways, UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
• The Trippers reserves the right to cancel any booking in case of non-payment, incomplete information, or fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

• Prices are quoted per person unless otherwise stated and are based on the inclusions mentioned in the package.
• Package prices are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including fuel price hikes, tax revisions, changes in hotel/transport costs, or fluctuations in foreign exchange rates.
• Any services not mentioned as part of the package (e.g., personal expenses, additional meals, optional activities) are not included and will be borne by the traveler.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

• Travelers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued ID, passports, visas, permits, and other documents as required.
• Travelers must comply with all local laws, customs, and guidelines at the destinations visited.
• Any damage caused by a traveler to hotel property, vehicles, or other infrastructure must be compensated directly by the traveler.
• The Trippers will not be liable for refusal of boarding/entry if a traveler fails to produce valid documents or meet eligibility requirements.

5. Health, Safety & Insurance

• Travelers must ensure they are physically fit to undertake the chosen tour/activities. Certain tours may involve trekking, adventure sports, or strenuous travel.
• The Trippers strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance (covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and baggage loss) prior to departure.
• The Trippers shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, illness, or loss of life during the trip unless caused by proven negligence.

6. Itinerary & Services

• The published itinerary is indicative and may be subject to change due to weather, traffic, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• The Trippers reserves the right to alter, amend, or reschedule activities, accommodation, or transport for operational reasons without prior notice.
• Unused services (meals, transfers, sightseeing, etc.) will not be refunded if missed voluntarily by the traveler.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made by travelers are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available on the website.
• In case of cancellation by The Trippers (due to insufficient bookings, natural calamities, or operational issues), travelers will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to another tour.

8. Force Majeure

The Trippers shall not be held responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, landslides, etc.)
• Political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions
• Epidemics, pandemics, or health emergencies
• Airline delays or cancellations

No refunds or compensation shall be provided in such cases.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• The Trippers acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators, activity organizers). While we ensure quality services, we are not responsible for lapses, delays, or defaults by third parties.
• Our liability is limited to the package cost paid by the traveler and does not extend to indirect losses such as missed flights, loss of income, or additional expenses incurred.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website including text, images, logos, itineraries, and designs is the property of The Trippers and protected under copyright laws.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
