• ID proof is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as valid address proof.
• Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests, hotel change, etc., before the beginning of the trip.
• The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travellers will be accommodated in a property of a similar standard.
• Trippers reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e weather condition, political condition, or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
• Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the beauty of the destinations. Travellers littering may be fined.
• Usage of the swimming pool at any accommodation is strictly banned as per government guidelines.
• The exact meeting location will be shared with you post-booking.
• Any breakage or damage of any items in the resort will be charged at actuals.
• If in case any traveller desires to or chooses to exit the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveller. Neither the operator nor Trippers will be held responsible for such judgments or any refund.
• Guidelines issued by the State-Government are to be strictly obeyed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of mask advised.
• Children above 8 years of age will be regarded as adults only. There are no charges for children below 8 years of age

• The customer gets a verification voucher through electronic mail within 24 hours of a successful booking. 
• If the favoured slots are unavailable, the customer can choose an alternate schedule according to his preference, and we will send a new confirmation voucher through the mail.
• Alternatively, the customer might cancel their booking, and a complete refund will be processed.

• If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
•  If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
•  If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
•  In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
• The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
