• Accommodation at Kedarnath: Due to high-altitude conditions and limited infrastructure, accommodation in Kedarnath will be basic (guest house/dormitory type).
• Physical Fitness Requirement: The Kedarnath trek (16–18 km one way) requires moderate physical fitness. Guests are advised to prepare accordingly.
• Alternate Travel Options: Pony, palki, and helicopter services for Kedarnath are available at additional cost (subject to availability and weather conditions).
• Weather Dependency: All travel plans are subject to weather, road, and government regulations. Changes in itinerary may occur in the interest of safety.
• Buffer Time: Delays due to traffic, landslides, or weather conditions are common in hilly regions. Guests are advised to keep buffer time for return travel plans.
• Health Advisory: Carry personal medications, warm clothing, and essentials. Those with breathing or heart conditions should consult a doctor before planning the trip.
• ID Proof: Valid government ID (Aadhar/Passport/Driving License) is mandatory for all travelers.
• Network Connectivity: Mobile network connectivity is limited in Kedarnath and Chopta. Only BSNL/Jio may work in certain areas.
• Electricity & Facilities: Power supply may be intermittent in remote locations like Kedarnath and Chopta.
• Luggage Advisory: Carry light luggage/backpack, especially for the Kedarnath trek. Suitcases are not recommended.
• Environmental Responsibility: Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and avoid littering in eco-sensitive Himalayan regions.
