1. It is a group trip consist of solo travellers, couples, family's & friends group.

2. General group size will be of 12-24 members and can goes till 40 members on peak dates.

3. Minimum three star category accomodation will be booked for the stay.

4. Transportation mode ranges from PKN modified tempo travellers and deluxe coach (Bus) and it will be a private transportation for our travellers travelling to the destination. Seat allotments will be done as per the order of bookings.

5. Customization is also available for the trip and we can craft personalized packages as well as per your requirements/convenience.

6. Pick up & Drop off will be available from New Delhi & for Jaipurites we can also pick you up from 100 Foot Road/Sindhi Camp in Jaipur.

7. Itinerary is subject to change as per the road, weather & political conditions. Tour Guides will have the rights to made the necessary modifications & no reimbursement will be made in case of any missed service due to these reasons.

8. Meals during the travel and lunch will be on personal expanses.Transportation mode will take the halts at the pre-decided spots.

9. Any nuisance, mis-behavior or foul language with co-travellers or organizers will not be entertained and the company has full rights to deport from the trip at any point.

• The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
• In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
• Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking and a full refund will be processed.

• If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
•  If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
•  If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
•  In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
