Tour Plan

Day 1: Departure from Delhi to Shimla - Exploring the Enchanting Misty Hills

• Upon arrival in Delhi, proceed to the designated boarding point for an overnight journey from Delhi to Shimla by AC Volvo Bus.

Day 2: Shimla to Chitkul - Discovering the Last Inhabited Village on the Indo-Tibetan Border

• After breakfast, embark on an adventurous expedition to Spiti after a briefing about the tour.

• Travel from Shimla to Chitkul, passing through scenic towns like Sarahan and Rampur Bushahr in the picturesque Kinnaur Valley.

• Drive along the Sutlej river until Karcham, then turn right towards Chitkul, following the Baspa river.

• Visit the famous 'Hindustan ka Akhri Dhaba' in Chitkul for a delicious meal.

• Overnight stay and dinner at a hotel or homestay in Chitkul.

Day 3: Chitkul to Tabo - Immersing in Cultural Splendor

• After breakfast, depart for Tabo, passing through the beautiful Kinnaur Valley.

• Take the Indo-Tibet Highway and cross the Khab bridge, marking the confluence of the Spiti and Satluj Rivers.

• Arrive at Nako, the last hamlet of the Kinnaur district, and visit the Nako Monastery by the scenic Nako Lake.

• Enjoy a serene atmosphere by the lake as you witness the changing shades of the water during sunset.

• Arrive in Tabo, complete check-in formalities, and enjoy a leisurely evening.

• Dinner and overnight stay at a homestay in Tabo.

Day 4: Tabo to Kaza via Pin Valley National Park and Dhankar Gompa - Exploring Nature's Beauty

• After breakfast, proceed to Kaza via the beautiful Spiti River.

• Take a detour to visit Dhankar, a centuries-old fort monastery nestled amidst rocky spurs.

• Experience the natural beauty of Pin Valley National Park, abundant with diverse flora and fauna.

• Dinner and overnight stay in Kaza.

Day 5: Sightseeing in Kaza - Unveiling the High Altitude Charms

• Start the day with a delicious breakfast and visit some of the highest inhabited regions in the world.

• Explore Komik, the highest village in Asia, and Hikkim where you can find the world's highest post office.

• Optionally meet the postmaster and listen to intriguing stories.

• Continue to Langza, known for the ancient Lang Temple believed to be around 1000 years old.

• Overnight stay in Kaza.

Day 6: Kaza - Key - Kibber - Chicham - Discovering Monastic Wonders and Serene Bridges

• Enjoy breakfast before visiting Key Monastery, perched atop a hill.

• Proceed to Kibber, the base for the Kibber Wildlife Sanctuary housing snow leopards.

• Journey further to Chicham Bridge, the highest suspension bridge in Asia, offering surreal views.

Day 7: Kaza to Kalpa via Gue Monastery - Witnessing Sacred Marvels atop Majestic Mountains

• After breakfast, retrace the path towards Kalpa in the Kinnaur Valley.

• En route, visit the 500-year-old mummy in Gue Village, just after crossing Sumdo.

• Continue the journey towards ReoKong Peo, the main town of Kinnaur district, and reach Kalpa.

• Enjoy the mesmerizing views of the Kinnaur Kailash mountains from the beautiful Kalpa village.

• Overnight stay at a camp or homestay in Kalpa.

Day 8: Kalpa to Delhi via Shimla - Fond Farewells and Lasting Memories

• After breakfast, depart for Shimla, known as the fruit bowl of Himachal Pradesh.

• Travel through scenic roads, passing through the lush Deodhar forests and following the Satluj River.

• Arrive in Shimla and conclude the tour, taking with you cherished memories and exciting stories.

• You will be dropped at Shimla Bus Stop for an AC Volvo Bus journey back to Delhi.

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
  • The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
